Why plant hiring breaks generic recruitment
A CV tells you whether someone can do the job. In manufacturing, that is rarely the thing that goes wrong.
What goes wrong is the offer declined three days before joining, or the maintenance engineer who leaves in month four because the commute from Wakad to Ranjangaon turned out to be ninety minutes each way in monsoon. Four factors decide manufacturing hires, and none of them are visible on a resume.
Commute reality

Shift tolerance
Rotational shifts, night shifts and six day weeks are ordinary in production and maintenance. A candidate who has only worked general shift will often accept and then reconsider. We ask directly and verify against their history.
