What you will own

  • Identify and prospect target companies in D2C manufacturing and software and IT services
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across both business lines
  • Run outbound outreach by email, LinkedIn and calls to decision makers at target accounts
  • Pitch Animus Tech's recruitment and software delivery services to prospective clients
  • Lead discovery calls to understand client hiring needs or software project requirements
  • Negotiate terms and close new client mandates, owning the deal from first contact to signed agreement
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM
  • Coordinate with the delivery and recruitment teams to hand off closed clients smoothly
  • Track market trends in D2C manufacturing and software and IT to spot new opportunities
  • Report on pipeline health, conversion rates and revenue against monthly and quarterly targets

What we are looking for

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Self driven and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Nice to have

  • Experience selling recruitment, staffing or professional services
  • Experience selling software or IT services to D2C or manufacturing clients
  • Existing network of contacts in D2C manufacturing or the software and IT sector
