How we will assess you
Every application is read against a scorecard agreed with the hiring manager, not filtered on keywords. If your experience fits the role but your CV does not use the expected words, we would still rather see it. A recruiter reviews every shortlist, and no candidate is ever rejected by software alone.
You will hear back either way. If you are not right for this role we will tell you, rather than leaving you wondering.
